Beautiful formal Blue sleeveless maxi dress with V neckline and faux wrap at chest. Empire waist with gemstones to make it sparkle and matching scarf. Unfortunately, no brand name or size fits about a medium or bigger. Union made in USA measurements are approximate. Length 56”. Armpit to armpit 18”. Waist 15”. Hem 39” at end of skirt across. Scarf 95”. Due to vintage sizes being different to modern sizing, please check your own measurements and compare before purchasing.
