Urban Outfitters Plaid Mini Skort

this is super cute but i haven’t had time to wear it. i have another color on my page too. on the back it’s kinda thinning but it’s not that noticeable. originally $18 but the skirt is very stretchy so you can add a couple inches to the measurements. the waist is elastic and i’m a 30 inch and i fit. i’m pretty sure it’s an urban outfitters brand measurements laying flat waist: 13.5in hips: 17 in length: 12in and in the back 13in rise: 12in
