The pants are new without a tag. They are size M, but fit S. For reference, I am a standard size S, 120lbs and 5’2”. They fit ultra high waisted. The waistband is elastic and adjustable The pants have no stretch, they’re not see through, but they are thin & ultra light. They’re great for summer.
