It has been used and well loved...see pictures for flaws...shipping included smoke free/pet friendly we store away from pets in tubs. it has the large silver buckle on the handle the tassels are intact and the original tag it has an outside pocket that zips and one interior zipper pocket and 2 interior places for phone etc. measurements are approximate: handle: 15.5" inside depth (from bottom to the zipper) 11" outside top to bottom: 12" outside width 12.5"
