PTP 26 Length 35 I received this dress NWT, but there is a tear around the belt . Please look at all photo's... I took a pic of the call out and what it looks like when the belt is pulled. The dress still looks great, and I believe the tear can be fixed. Even without fixing, its definitely wearable without it being noticeable. The price reflects this flaw.
