Rails Chloe Cobalt Blue Floral Romper

Size small blue floral romper from Rails. I believe this is the Chloe style, and it is in great condition except that the top button is missing and I replaced one of the buttons, but it is slightly smaller than the others. Luckily the buttons aren’t super obvious and there is a top snap, so it should still be a good fit. Check out the pictures for measurements and feel free to make an offer!
