Bobeau V Neck Floral Flutter Sleeve Blouse

This floral 3/4 flutter sleeve blouse has a V neck and a tie in the back - the cut is flattering for all. The brand tag was cut off this blouse so I’m not sure of the actual size. Measurements for this are 17 inches from armpit to armpit lying flat. 24 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of front and 26 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of back of shirt.
