I honestly don’t know if this is meant to be worn over the bust or if this is a waist corset worn just under the bust. I can kind of see it over a white blouse cinching the torso in classic wrench style. Maybe with a long flowing skirt. I tried it on the mannequin and it did slip off when I put it directly over the bust. If this is the type of thing you like to wear then hopefully you understand it. lace up front, hook and eye closure in the back.
