Bespoke Vintage Ivory Circle Skirt Pink Blue Floral Appliqué Adjustable Small

Handmade vintage circle/wrap skirt by "Petal Pushers" with a pink and blue floral appliqué design. The waist has two button options and velcro so it's an adjustable size. Size is unmarked but it's a Small based on measurements: 13"-13.5" waist laid flat, 27" top of waist to bottom hem. Bottom hem is made with an old technique using lace on the interior of the skirt. No fabric content tag but its a tight weave cotton blend twill. In Excellent condition with no rips, tears, repairs, or stains. Appears to have never been worn.
