Free People , asymmetrical, hemline, smocked BoHo maxi dress

This is in good used condition. I did show the picture of the strap. It has a little bit of fraying, but it has been stitched so it is not loose. The upper bodice of this dress is a smocked fabric. It does have stretch to it. Pit to pit is measuring 15 inches. Dress is approximately 52 inches long at the longest part and 48 inches long at the shortest part. The ham line is a asymmetrical hemline.
