100% wool sweater. Large but fits more like a small/medium. Too tight on me but would fit someone smaller better. Very flattering on with the square neck line. Wool can be slightly uncomfortable but with a cami underneath can be better. Color is more like a dark purple not the brown it looks to be in the pictures. About 16.5” in length
