Ranna Gill navy blue tiered eyelet off shoulder roper sold at anthropologie. First layer has some fringe. when I ripped off the tag, I also accidentally took off the size tag but it is a small and if I can find the tag again I will include it with the item. Very cute just didn't work for me. Elastic waist and elastic on the shoulders. Approximate measurements: pit to pit - 20" length - 24" inseam - 2.5"
