Birdy Grey Chris Convertible Dress In Chiffon Ice Blue

Dress is new with tags and includes optional straps. Bought it for a wedding and did not end up wearing. Perfect for bridesmaids! I had brought it to a tailor to see what it would look like if it was altered so there are a few little needle marks on the side. But they are not noticeable! (shown on slide 4)
