Blue sparkling lace top skirt size small

there is not size tag or brand tag that I could find. this skirt has a very tiny forming hole. as well as a few of the sparkles are missing but nothing to noticeable. please see pictures blue and black in color Rhine stone/ little dots maxi long Light weight soft to the touch I'd say it's a small based on measurements so please view before purchasing. waist measurement us 12 inches x2=24 inches height is 36 inches I put maxi because I'm 5'4 and the skirt comes down to my ankles it might be different for you pending how tall you are lol
