Kuhl Blue V Neck Top

Unique surplice top size small in brand-new condition with tags! Pretty turquoise color. No flaws. It came from a boutique in Black Mountain, NC. Very true to size. Soft and stretchy material with cute metal button accents on the sleeve cuffs. This top is too big for me so I am selling. It is a longer top so it works excellent with low rise pants or someone with a longer waist. Length of the top of the shoulder to the edge of the hem is approximately 27 inches.
