Worn once to an 80’s party. Beautiful and fun dress. Excellent condition. Center back to hem 43” Bust and waist are fully adjustable with the corset straps. I shortened the hem by removing one tier. I will include the additional fabric. It could be put back on to make it longer or used to make cap shoulders or accessories.
