New with tags and excellent quality. I got this in a bundle from an online sale and, sadly, this piece doesn’t fit me! It might be a sample as there are no fabric or care tags in the shirt. I’m pretty sure it’s mostly cotton. There is a tiny bit of stretch in the shirt. It drapes very nicely and has a cute fringe on the bottom. Measurements when laying flat Pit to pit 18 1/2” Top hem to bottom (measured from center back neck to bottom) 24 1/2” The back is 2” longer than the front.
