I bought this to wear to a social event when I worked at the White House, so it is classy while being work appropriate as well as a little sexy and a statement piece that no one else is going to have. It hits below the knee for reference I am 5’7! The blind portion stops right above the knee and the delicate portion goes just below the knee. I wore this to an event in the spring and in the fall, so I believe it’s great for any season. I got so many compliments on it, including from the first lady!
