Surplice bodice, full sheer sleeves, tie waist sash, flowy long skirt. Fully lined (aside from sleeves). Bust 44“, waist 38“ (cinches w waist tie), length 52“. Size 16W, excellent preowned condition - the skirt slit has been sewn up so it doesn’t go up as high, but can easily be let back out if desired.
