Excellent used condition. The tag is loose on the inside and the edges have curled up a bit at the edges (I don't know if that's how it was when I bought it) Feels like modal, incredibly soft and stretchy. Waistband easily stretches a lot and rest of skirt is very stretchy. Could size up, but it will have a more fitted look. Long side slit. Gathered at waist 14" across waist 39" length 18" from waist to top of slit
