Elliatt White Gown

This dress is absolutely beautiful, but does have some flaws around the bottom. I am 5’9” and I wore 2 inch heels with this dress. Anyone shorter could get the bottom hemmed/cut to their height and it would be perfect and all flaws would be gone. Message if you would like more pictures. Would love to see this beautiful dress be worn again.
