Eric Michael Serena suede espadrilles, 39/7.5/8

Eric Michael light beige suede espadrilles with a platform. Black zipper in front. Super comfortable, I have others but for some reason these are a bit tight. I would say the best fit would be a 7.5/8. They are a 39 but run small
