its new with tags but i feel like the fabric has some runs in it but im not sure if its just the nature of the fabric, see the last close up pics to verify . You can only see it close up when your looking for it . Not something that is noticeable. No tears or stains . Sold as is and priced accordingly since Im a bit iffy on the fabric.
