FOREVER 21 BLACK PLEATED SKIRT Size: 16 Waist: 34” Length: 24” Black pleated dress skirt falls at or below the knees. Hidden side zipper with hook-and-eye closure. The fabric content tag is cut out, but I machine washed this and hung to dry. The fabric has a bit of sheen to it. Great for work or parties. EXCELLENT USED CONDITION
