. The dress is 100% Polyester. Machine washable. Thin. Lightweight. The back of the dress is open with 3 elastic bands running across. Sheer. Soft. Smooth feeling. Stretchy. The dress has elstic in the waist. Mini. The dress shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 18 1/2 inches, the waist is 12 inches, the hips are 20 1/2 inches, and from back of the neck to bottom of the dress is 32 inches. Prewoned but in good condition.
