Made in Hawaii, USA. * Empire waist * V-shaped bodice for a flattering fit * Pleated front and back full and roomy skirt * On-seam side pockets * 100% Spun Crushed Rayon * W334-20 There are what appears to be some pen markings at the front, as well as another type of stain just above them.
