It has iridescent blue shimmery taffeta like material that is in a beautiful a line cut with a built-in tulle petty coat underneath. The sleeves you can wear off shoulder or on shoulder and they have beautiful rose detailing. The bodice is in a black velveteen and is in a v cut at the waistline giving it a gothic flare with that old gothic Victorian Penny dreadful corset like look! The back then has a large, gorgeous bow at the end of the waistline above your hip line. Then under the bow there are three tier layers of taffeta to give it an extra-large ball gown look.
