Joy Lab Activewear Pleated Skort White-Small

NWOT This was new with tag but had black marks along the pleats in the back (like someone dragged it under a shopping cart wheel or something). I did remove tag and spot treat it twice, marks are alot lighter now. (see last pic). Perfect condition otherwise. Waist measures 13" across (has stretch) and length is 14.5". This is a pull on skort (bike style shorts with attached pleated skirt. There is one small zippered pocket on the waist in the back. Shell: 88% nylon, 12% spandex.
