Lavender Floor Length Skirt Ruffled Skirt Size L

This is vintage and has been hanging in the closet a minute it has a hook and eye closure it needs some TLC (see pictures) they are from a Las Vegas entertainer that has retired and is cleaning out her closet. They measure approximately 18" across but they need repairs in the waist they are very old but so cool for a Halloween costume!
