The first photo is only to show what the bag is, but this tote has been worn and used and is not brand new. NOTE: Does have some light scuff marks. The inside is good however the straps are a bit discolored and have a few strings coming out. This all may be able to be fixed I just never got to it. Over all this is a beautiful tote.
