New Pilyq water lily fringe coverup Beautiful white lace pull over cover-up with long fringe on the sides. I love this! For reference the manikin is a size 4. And can wear some size 6 bottoms. This is tagged a size large, but it is mis-tagged. I tagged it a extra extra small. I have others to compare this to. Please see measurements. Across bottom seam to seam 17.5” Across neck 12.5” Length 25” New but does not have its tags. Only has string left.
