Charter Club NWT Black Velour Floral Top

Size XL. New with tags attached. This top is solid black, has a floral print throughout, and a solid black lining underneath. The shirt has a velvet feel throughout, but the sleeve hems and bottom hem are just a satin like material. The top layer of fabric is somewhat sheer but it is not see through because of the lining underneath. Measurements: Pit to pit - 20” Top to bottom - about 28” Materials: shell is 50% nylon 35% polyester 15% spandex. Lining is 100% polyester L4-26
