Electric blue dress by laundry by Shelli Segal. New with tags from off saks, but it is flawed! *FLAW* The zipper has come un-seen on the back center seam and needs to be re-sewn. The color is gorgeous and reflects blue and purple depending on lighting and angles. The neck I am embellished halter neck that closes with hooks and eyes in the back. Size 4 Color: Electric Blue
