Jones Wear NWT Dress (Defected)

NWT dress is by Jones Wear, sleeveless, white with black design bodice & very fun flowy floral/black dress, button snaps on inner top of each strap, inner hanging straps, back zipper, the bodice has numerous light gold stains (pictured) (barely noticeable but are discoverable when studied) throughout which has already been discounted for, dress is not fragranced & ladies size 16.
