New with tags, lace up front, velvet trim on surrounding collar and also on tie up chest placket and sleeves. Tassel ends on lace up ties. Body lining attached, sleeves are sheer and slightly flared. Sewn bronze studs throughout. Lace body cotton nylon blend, lining poly. Extra studs included. Size small, a-line. Approx measurements are; length from center of collar in front to hemline: 38”, sleeve length from armpit to cuff 16”, width laid flat across pit to pit tied and unstretched: 17 1/2”
