Vintage Blue Mini Dress With Skort

This is a vintage Jackie Bernard mini dress with shorts under the mini-skirt! Its so comfy and so cute but just a touch too small on me. It has the belt still included and is in great condition save for a tiny very unnoticeable discoloration on the front (pictured).
