the shorts are a size 11 but they don’t have odd numbers lol i would say they definitely fit small, at least on me lol these are LOW WAISTED shorts, i forgot about them and put them on and was like woah okay lol small stain on them if you flip the shorts down like i did in the picture but you can’t see it if you have them folded up very good condition i’ve probably worn them twice at the most These would be so cute with a tank top, I’d say they fit like a 6-8
