Brand: Skylar+Madison New with tags Size medium I wear a small, 32 C, 117lbs, and I’m 5’4 for reference.. I’d say this fits like a true medium but if you prefer your dresses to fit looser a small would fit well too No pockets, no zipper closure, has white inner lining on the bottom section but not the top so the first cut out area is see through
