St. John Sport by Marie Gray Dark Denim Ruffle Jacket. This denim jacket has such attention to details! Silver heart buttons down front of jacket and on pockets. Ruffles on sleeves and pockets. Padded shoulders. Cotton/spandex. From Fall 2004 (almost vintage).
