Two strips of wire mesh twisted into an infiniti knot. Adjustable hook closure. The two strips are held together in a few places by soldering. Some of these have let loose. Otherwise, belt is in great condition! Approx. Measurements: 33.5" total length not including hook 2" tall and 4.25" tall at the top of the knot
