. The shell is 100% Silk. The lining is 100% Polyester. Dry clean only. Multicolored. Pleated. Fit and flare. The skirts button and zips on the side. Lined. Soft. Smooth feeling. The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 16 1/2 inches, the hips are 28 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 25 1/2 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
