in good condition only flaw Is a few wrinkles other wise in really good shape. no holes no stains draw string waistline clasp closure or what ever it's called has pull strings on each side to scrunch the sides up. tan has front and back pockets no shorts underneath skirt comes to just above the knee casual out doors size 10 waist measurement 16.5 inches height from top to bottom is 15 inches opening at bottom is 20 inches
