This is a like new, beautiful Real Vintage Skirt Pleated with soft thick material(: Fits perfectly to the waist with a button and a zipper to hold it in place So great for fall or any vintage style fits! No flaws(: I’m generally a 25 in waist size and I would say it fits pretty well to my size but could fit for s 24/26 probably as well! I got this and another like it and I just haven’t worn it enough
