Unique Vintage Vintage cottage core women’s long blue dress, collar, ladies, workers union xs

This is my favorite dress ever I wish that it fit me and I hope you enjoy it so much. It says a size 10 on the tag but this is from the 60 so measurement wise it’s about an extra small measurements are approximately 17 inches pit to pit flat 54 inches taped to bottom. It has a zipper in the back also ties in the back. It’s about floor length it is amazing
