Vintage 18K / 750 Italian Gold Cross

Small 18K / 750 yellow gold cross. The front has a starburst design. The back is hallmarked Roma (Italy) and 750 (18K) . Acid tested. Cross is approximately .75" x .5" Weighs approximately .3g Note: Most of my jewelry is pre-loved. I only wipe down jewelry. I do not deep clean any jewelry before shipping. I am not a professional and do not want to risk damaging any vintage item. I will note any flaws/defects. Please see all photos and do not hesitate to ask questions.
