Vintage 70s House Of Bianchi Navy Blue Dot Check Maxi Dress Full Skirt Ruffle S House of Bianchi Boston 60s-70s maxi halter dress. Halter bodice with tow back straps, full skirt with bottom ruffle. Contrast red belt and flower (which is a little crushed). Top layer of fabric is semi sheer navy blue with a dot windowpane check pattern and lining is a rich jewel tone purple which gives a slightly iridescent illusion. Excellent condition. The only defects are slight pulling on the belt connector loop and the crushed flower. Size is best fit for size S. Measured lying flat: 6.25” neck 16.5” armpit to armpit 12.25” at waist 21” at hip 55.5” total length
