70s Jerell of Texas A-line sleeveless dress made out of 100% polyester with wide spread pointy collar. Nautical print in dark blue on white at the top featuring flags and anchors and laces up the front with rubbed gold tone, rivets, and caps to the lace. The skirt is solid blue and is a line. Back zip closure. Coordinating belts in blue and white threads through the belt loops. Laying flat measures 17 inches armpit to armpit, 13 inches straight across the waist, 18 inches across the hip and 38 inches shoulder to hem. No noted flaws. $58 includes US shipping.
