Vintage 90's Ozark Mountain Jeans Company Cut Off Western Short Woman's Size 6 Approximate Measurements Waist- 13" hip to hip Length- 13.5" These cutoffs are from the 90's where the sizes ran smaller. I got these for my daughter whom is a size 4 with hips and they did not fit. I would say these would fit more of a slim size 4 or a size 2.
