Vintage 90s Sag Harbor Velour Green Black Striped Turtle Neck - Size M. This cool vintage top is very 90s. It's not tight like s regular turtleneck but not a big cowl neck. Sort of a 'mini cowl-neck'. It is an excellent condition. It has no rips, holes or stains. Comes from a non-smoking home. NOTE: There is a small (2 mm) rip.
