VINTAGE ANN TAYLOR FACTORY VELVET SKIRT Size: 6 Waist: 31” (full waist) Length: 21” Black Velvet w/ Red pinstripes. Fully lined, side zipper w/hook-and-eye closure. Fitted styling w/ darts and back slit at bottom hem for ease of movement. 97% Cotton; Dry clean. From my personal closet.
